A small office that answers the phone
RIOLGEST is run by Dr. José Pires, certified accountant, with a team of three. The office opened in Oeiras in October 2008 as SIGMASOMA, worked inside the international Viseeon network between 2021 and 2023, and has carried its own name — RIOLGEST, Business Consulting — since 2023.
The registered seat is in São Brás de Alportel, in the Algarve, so the team serves both the Lisbon coast and the south — and, because the office is 100% digital, any company in Portugal. Meetings happen by phone or video, or in person in Alto da Barra and the Algarve by appointment.
